We
see our employees not as a cost factor, but instead
as an essential performance factor. National Foods offers
a comprehensive range of entry opportunities and attractive
jobs through a number of channels. Induction through
all channels encompasses a well-framed orientation program.
Internship Programs

Development to Marketing and Finance. Depending on the
course you are studying and the projects you are currently
involved in, National Foods has a well-balanced work
experience ensuring that you not only learn about information
relevant to your profession, but you also get to discover
the practical considerations of working in the corporate
environment. In order to acquire an understanding of
our organization, we suggest that you spend an internship

Traineeship Programs
National Foods offers traineeships to freshly qualified
professionals with little or no formal experience, at
entry-level positions. Depending on the nature of your
placement, a traineeship program is typically spread
over a period of 6-12 months. The traineeship program
provides cross-functional exposure through rotational
training that helps the individual in assuming full-
fledged job responsibilities as well as understanding
the nature of interaction between the departments. On
completion of the traineeship period the individual
is offered regular employment based on the performance
displayed. In order to be considered for the traineeship
program, keep checking the opportunities
section of the website.
Apprenticeship Programs
National Foods offers
apprenticeships to freshly qualified technicians at
entry-level positions in the Engineering & Development
Division. An apprenticeship program is typically spread
over a period of 24 months. Apprenticeship programs
help the individuals in grasping an understanding about
industrial applications. On completion of the apprenticeship
period the individual may be offered regular employment
based on the performance displayed and availability
of vacant positions. Applications for apprenticeships
may directly be sent to the company's Human Resource
department.
Direct Induction
National Foods recruits
qualified professionals with relevant experience in
their fields. Direct induction is normally carried out
for Junior and Middle management positions. All positions
are subject to two probationary evaluations after 3
and 6 months each. In order to be considered for direct
induction, keep checking the opportunities
section of the website. |
